SBA SOP 50 10 8.1 — a lender-commissioned QoE is now required on 7(a) acquisitions at $3M+ purchase price. What the rule requires

Report verification

Check that a report is genuine.

Every Ikigai QoE report is digitally signed and carries a verification ID and an 8-character code in its footer, with a QR code that brings you here. Enter both to confirm the report was issued by us, to whom, when, and whether it is still current.

From the report footer, e.g. a 22-character string of letters, numbers, - and _.

What verification tells you

  • Whether the ID and code match a report we issued.
  • The issue date, the organization it was issued to, and the report type.
  • Whether it is current, superseded by a later version, or revoked.

It never shows the report's contents. To confirm nothing in the document was changed, open the PDF in a reader that validates digital signatures; any edit after signing breaks the signature.

Buyers: a seller may show you a Readiness report. Verification is how you confirm it is the report we issued — and that a later version has not replaced it.
