Privacy policy

This policy covers qoe.ikigai.properties and the Ikigai QoE services provided by MyIkigai LLC (“we”).

On this website

  • Contact and security-package forms. We collect your name, work email, organization, role and message, and use them only to reply to you. They are kept in a dedicated Ikigai QoE store — never in a brokerage client database — for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Bot protection. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical information about your browser to tell people from bots and may set a cookie for that purpose only.
  • Analytics. If enabled, we use cookieless, aggregate analytics that does not identify you. It never runs on the interactive demo.
  • The demo runs entirely in your browser on a fictional file. It sends nothing to us and stores nothing on your device.

We set no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

In our services

When a lender, seller or buyer engages us, we process the business records needed for the engagement. Owner information can appear in those records (for example on K-1s and Form 4506-C). We use it only to perform the engagement, protect it as described on our trust page, never use it for marketing, and dispose of it under the retention terms of the engagement. Personal returns, personal financial statements and consumer credit reports are not requested; if uploaded, they are excluded from processing and offered for deletion.

Service providers

We use the subprocessors listed on the trust page, each under terms limiting use of the data to providing their service to us.
